1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how MR Queue ("the App"), operated by Navkar Apotek & Pronavkar Lifecare LLP ("we", "our", "us", or "the Clinic"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
MR Queue is a token and queue management application designed for Medical Representatives (MRs) visiting our clinic. The App helps MRs check in digitally, informs partner representatives when an MR has arrived, and manages the waiting queue.
The App has three roles:
- MR (Medical Representative): signs in and checks in to request a meeting with a partner.
- Partner: manages the queue and accepts, postpones, or rejects MR requests.
- Admin: manages partners, MR accounts, daily logs, analytics, and clinic operating settings.
The App is provided to users in the context of their professional relationship with the Clinic. Accounts are created and managed by the Clinic's administrator.

- To notify partners when an MR checks in.
- To notify MRs when their request is accepted, postponed, or rejected.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making that affects you.
4. Storage of Information
4.1 Local Device Storage
To work reliably even with a weak network connection, the App stores certain data directly on your device:
- Database: recent tokens, partner list, and MR account details required to operate the App.
- Session preferences: session details (e.g., your role and partner/MR identifiers) and notification states.
This data never leaves your device except as described in this policy.
4.2 Cloud Storage
We use Supabase (a hosted PostgreSQL database and authentication service) to store:
- Partner records
- MR accounts
- Token / queue records
- Notifications
- Clinic operating settings
This data is stored on servers managed by Supabase. By using the App, your information may be processed and stored on servers that are located outside your country of residence. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within the Clinic: Token and queue information is visible to the relevant partners and the clinic administrator for the purpose of running the queue.
- Service Providers: We share necessary data with Supabase, which hosts our backend database and authentication. Supabase processes data on our behalf and may only use it to provide these services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not share data with any third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the Clinic's administrative functions is restricted to authorized administrator accounts.
- Authentication credentials for partner and admin accounts are managed through our secure authentication service.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
