1. Cash Payments
If paying a bill in cash, always collect a Cash Receipt before making the payment. Do not make any payment without receiving a receipt. NAVKAR APOTEK LLP will not be held responsible for payments made without a receipt.
2. Cheque Payments
When issuing a cheque, write the firm's name NAVKAR APOTEK LLP and the amount clearly on the cheque. Do not deposit payment into the account of any salesman or any other individual. NAVKAR APOTEK LLP will not be responsible for such transactions.
3. Expired / Non-Moving Items Returns
When returning expired or non-moving items, keep them separate from each other. Only the goods originally supplied by us should be returned. (Note: Only items we supplied will be accepted.)
4. Online Payments (NEFT/RTGS)
Please cooperate by making payments via NEFT, RTGS, or other online methods. After completing the payment, kindly inform our Accounts Office with your name, party code, and transaction details for proper accounting.
