1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how MR Queue Navkar ("the App"), operated by Navkar Apotek & Pronavkar Lifecare LLP ("we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
MR Queue Navkar is a token and queue management application designed for Medical Representatives (MRs). The App helps MRs check in digitally, informs partners when an MR has arrived, and manages the waiting queue.
The App has three roles:
- MR (Medical Representative): signs in and checks in to request a meeting with a partner.
- Partner: manages the queue and accepts, postpones, or rejects MR requests.
- Admin: manages partners, MR accounts, daily logs, and operating settings.
There is no public or self-registration in the App. Accounts are created and provisioned by the Admin only and are provided in the context of your professional relationship with us.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Depending on your role, we may process the following information. Accounts are created by the Admin; there is no self-registration:
| Role | Information Collected |
|---|---|
| MR | Username, password, MR name, company name, division, email address (optional), mobile number (optional) |
| Partner | Name, mobile number, password (used for authentication) |
| Admin | Email address and password (used for authentication) |
We also process authentication and session information, such as login identifiers and access/refresh tokens used to keep you signed in.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the App, we collect information related to your check-in activity:
- Token numbers generated for each check-in
- Check-in, call, and completion timestamps
- Selected partner and queue position
- Meeting purpose or rejection reason (if provided)
- Notification read/dismissal state (stored locally on your device only)
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Precise location data
- Contacts, photos, or media files
- Device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, advertising ID)
- Browsing or search history
- Social media accounts
- Payment or financial information
- Voice recordings
3. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information solely for the operation of the App:
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To generate, display, and manage queue tokens.
- To notify partners when an MR checks in.
- To notify MRs when their request is accepted, postponed, or rejected.
- To provide the Clinic's administrator with analytics (e.g., number of MRs per day, busiest hours, average wait time).
- To maintain and improve the App's functionality and fix technical issues.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making that affects you.
4. Storage of Information
4.1 On-Device Storage
To work reliably even with a weak network connection, the App stores limited data directly on your device, such as:
- Queue/token cache: recent tokens, partner list, and MR account details required to operate the App.
- Session information: login session details (e.g., your role and partner/MR identifiers), access/refresh tokens, and notification states.
Data stored on your device is used only for operating the App. You can remove it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
4.2 Production Backend
The App uses its own production backend/API at https://mrllp-api.navkarapotek.com to operate the service. The backend processes and stores:
- Partner records
- MR accounts
- Token / queue records
- Notifications
- Operating settings
Data is transmitted between the App and the backend over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- For queue operation: Token and queue information is visible to the relevant partners and the administrator for the purpose of running the queue.
- Backend operation: Data is processed on our own backend/API to provide authentication, queue management, and notifications. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics services to process this data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not share data with third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.
6. App Permissions
The App requests the following permissions, all of which are necessary for its core functionality:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Internet | To communicate with our cloud backend for queue synchronization |
| Access Network State | To detect network connectivity and manage syncing |
| Post Notifications | To notify MRs and partners about request status changes |
| Schedule Exact Alarms | To run background checks for request-status updates |
We do not request permission to access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information:
- Data transmitted between the App and our backend is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Access to administrative functions is restricted to authorized administrator accounts.
- Authentication and session handling, including passwords and access/refresh tokens, is managed through our backend with access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Queue tokens and logs are retained for operational purposes and may be cleared by the administrator at any time.
- Account information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- On-device data can be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App from your device settings.
If you stop using the App, the administrator may delete your account and associated records.
Request account/data deletion: To request deletion of your account or personal data, email us at info@navkarapotek.com from your registered email address or phone number, mentioning your name, role (MR/Partner/Admin), and username. We will verify the request with the administrator and confirm once completed.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable Indian law), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
Because accounts are created and managed by the administrator, please contact us at info@navkarapotek.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within a reasonable time (typically 30 days).
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
